We want you to love your Sunny Case. Eligible, unused items may be returned within 30 days of delivery. If your order arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, contact us within 7 days so we can make it right.

Manufacturing
Every Sunny Case is made to order and usually takes 2–5 business days to produce. We work with trusted production partners in Australia, the US, the UK and Italy to deliver consistent quality and ship from a facility close to you whenever possible.

When will my order ship?
Good things take a little time! We process and print most orders within 2-4 business days. Once your case is ready to go, standard shipping usually takes 3-7 business days, while express shipping gets to you in 2-5 business days. You’ll receive a tracking link as soon as it leaves our facility.
I accidentally ordered the wrong size! Can I change it?
We’ve all been there! If you realize you selected the wrong model, please email us at hello@sunnycase.com within 5 hours of placing your order. We move quickly to get your case printed, but if you catch us before production starts, we’ll happily update the size for you.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship worldwide! Shipping costs and delivery times will be calculated at checkout based on your location. Please note that international orders may be subject to local customs fees, which are the responsibility of the buyer.
Are your cases just for looks, or do they actually protect my phone?
Both! Our signature tough cases feature a premium 2-in-1 design. They combine a shock-absorbing inner layer with a smooth, durable outer hard shell. This dual-layer construction provides excellent drop protection for your everyday clumsy moments while keeping the vibrant design scratch-free.
Will this fit the newest iPhone models?
Absolutely. We constantly update our inventory. Our cases are available for a wide range of devices, all the way up to the newest iPhone 17 series. Just use the dropdown menu on the product page to select your exact model.

Are your cases MagSafe compatible?
Yes! We offer specific MagSafe-compatible variants.
Will the design fade or scratch off over time?
Nope. We use a high-quality printing process where the design is infused into the smooth outer layer of the case—not just painted on the surface. This means it won't peel or fade with daily use.
What is your return policy?
We want you to be 100% obsessed with your new case. If you are not completely satisfied, we accept returns on unused items within 30 days of delivery. Because our cases are printed on demand, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or defective.
My case arrived damaged or has a printing defect. What should I do?
Oh no! Quality is our top priority, and we're so sorry if something slipped past our quality control. Please send an email to hello@sunnycase.com with your order number and a clear photo of the issue within 7 days of receiving it. We’ll get a free replacement sent your way immediately.
